Miami’s Waterfront Bill (the compromise vetoed by the Governor in 1917) settles the city vs FEC property dispute. Miami gets title and riparian rights between second and third streets and from sixth to eighth streets for the park. The railroad gets clear title to the dock property. (27 Nov 1918)
