Avenue D changed by the Chaille Plan to Miami Avenue, then by the commission to Tuttle Avenue, will remain Miami Avenue. Bayshore Drive remains but the Chaille named S.E. First Avenue will go back to Brickell Avenue only south of the river. (5 Oct 1921)
